Costumed friends can join PRD’s Treat Parade (begins at 2:05 pm) leading to PRD’s Halloween Carnival!

Little ones will receive an entrance ticket to gain access to crafts, games, treats, prizes, and more!

*Not a drop-off event, parent participation is required. Children under 2 years are free.
