On the last Saturday of every month, DBFL (Dress Best for Less) will host their monthly bag sale outside at their donation center at The First Congregational Church of Oakland (2501 Harrison Street – enter the parking lot from 27th Street). Fill a paper grocery bag and pay just $10/bag.
