Join the League of Women Voters of Piedmont (LWVP), Oakland (LWVO) and West Contra Costa County (WCCC) on September 25, 2024 at 7:30pm, for a forum featuring three candidates for East Bay Regional Park District Ward 2: Lynda Deschambault, Casey Farmer, and Shane Reisman. This virtual forum is hosted by LWVP.

Oakland, Piedmont, and West Contra Costa County voters can learn more about this forum at lwvpiedmont.org. Registration is required to attend the live virtual forum, on Zoom. After the forum, the recording will be available on our website and on our YouTube channel.
The forum will be moderated by a League representative and will include questions from the public. Prior to the forum, you may submit a question until September 18th by filling out the online form on the East Bay Regional Park District Ward 2 description page on LWVP’s website. Questions will be screened by a team of League members to ensure a range of topics and issues.
Election Information:
Visit our Election Resources page to learn about WHAT‘s on your ballot and HOW, WHEN, and WHERE to vote. A ballot will be mailed to every registered voter starting October 7, 2024. Ballot drop-off locations will open October 8, 2024. If you have moved or changed your party or your name, you can update your registration online. The last day to register to vote is October 21, 2024.
In Alameda and West Contra Costa Counties, you have 3 ways to vote: 1) Mail your ballot, 2) Drop off your ballot at a secure Ballot Drop Box in the county, or 3) Vote in person or drop off your ballot at any Vote Center in the county. The list of secure Ballot Drop Boxes and Vote Centers will be updated as the Registrar of Voters confirms the sites.
