PUSD Summer Adventures

Get ready for an exciting summer with Summer Adventures 2025, offering a variety of engaging programs for K-8th graders! Whether your child is preparing for a big transition with Welcome to Kinder or Welcome to 6th Grade, or looking for hands-on fun and learning, there’s something for everyone.

For 1st-2nd graders, we have:
Masterpieces in the Making: Art Class
Readers are Leaders
Growing Gardeners

For 3rd-5th graders, exciting options include:
Art and Writing: Exploring Color
Junior Journalists
Science Explorers!
Playing and Creating Board Games

Afternoons will be filled with fun camp-like activities, including cooking, art, sports, and games, plus some surprise activities and local walking field trips to keep the adventure going! We also offer extended care for families who need a longer day of fun and enrichment.

For older students, our Junior Counselor Program (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.) is a fantastic opportunity to build leadership skills. The Junior Counselor in Training (JrCIT) program for 7th-9th graders (Fall of 2025) includes leadership training from 9:30-10:30 a.m., a short break, and hands-on experience assisting in Summer Adventures classes from 10:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
