Sign up for emergency notifications, win a $100 gift card

Sign up – or confirm your existing registration – for AC Alert emergency notifications by October 15 and you could win a $100 gift card to Ace Hardware, part of the Piedmont Fire Department’s fall registration drive.

Signing up for AC Alert emergency notifications is the single most important step you can take to be ready for a disaster. In an earthquake, wildfire, or other emergency, Piedmont and Alameda County safety officials will use AC Alert to send urgent safety messages like evacuation orders, shelter-in-place instructions, and other time-sensitive safety information. If you’re not registered, you will not receive these vital alerts.
