Bring your ‘lil pumpkins, ghouls & goblins, superhero/ines and more to join PRD for a spooky good time! Costumed friends can join PRD’s Treat Parade (begins at 1:05 pm) leading to our Halloween Carnival!

Little ones will receive an entrance ticket to gain access to crafts, games, treats, prizes and more.

Location: Piedmont Community Hall, 711 Highland Avenue
Event Fee: $10 per participant (children under 2 years are FREE and do not need to register)
Registration available via Community Pass
